This hotel is centrally located and close to everything in the city center. It's perfect for exploring all that Arica has to offer. The staff is friendly and provides good information about the local landmarks. The rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities. Plus, the breakfast includes warm dishes on Mondays, which is a nice touch.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The hotel in the center of Arica offers great value for money. Its location close to everything makes it convenient for exploring the city. The staff provides excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms with 2 beds are comfortable and clean.

This hotel is in a great location, close to all the main attractions. the breakfast is decent, with a good variety of options. the room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed with a modern shower. the staff was helpful, offering to look after our luggage after we checked out.
There is an issue with the cleanliness of the floors in the room we stayed in.

Fantastic place to stay! the hotel has great amenities, including a hot shower, comfortable and clean rooms, air conditioning and daily cleaning service. the breakfast included was fresh and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from including fresh fruit, cereal, juice, and bread. the staff was very friendly, helpful and polite. the location was perfect for my business trip, allowing me to easily access the city's attractions and transportation routes.
The downside of this hotel is the noise level. the sounds from outside, TV and surrounding rooms can be easily heard due to the thin walls.

The breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. The hotel is located in the central area of the town, close to the markets and local buses, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
The hotel's rooms lacked space and felt claustrophobic, with little natural light or air circulation. The noise from other rooms and the atrium was annoying and made it hard to find a peaceful night's sleep.
